Booking your time slot means less waiting, though tickets will still need to be purchased when you arrive.
Show up at your reserved time and 3 € will be credited toward your ticket purchase.
- Arrive on time to have this fee deducted from your final ticket price
- Late by more than 10 minutes? The deduction no longer applies, though your booking is still valid today.
- Each guest receives their own discount. If someone doesn’t attend, their 3 € can’t be applied.
- Additional attendees won’t receive the discount, though your reservation will still be honored.
- Please note: missed or cancelled bookings cannot be refunded or moved to a different time.
