Before Your Visit
We strongly advise reserving online. College Green gets busy, weekend and bank-holiday slots sell out fast, and an online booking locks in the exact time you want — no queuing at the door.
Doors are open Monday to Thursday from 10:00 - 18:45h and Friday to Sunday from 10:00 - 19:45h. Bank-holiday hours can differ, so have a quick look at our booking page for live availability.
It is! From toddlers to grandparents, every age group finds something to marvel at — the illusions play with perception in ways that work for everyone.
Of course. Groups of 10 or more can book straight through the website, and for school tours or company outings just drop us an email — we'll put together a tailored visit.
During Your Visit
Set aside roughly 45 minutes to an hour and a half. If you love taking photos, allow a little extra — you'll want it.
Go for it — the whole museum is made to be photographed. Share your favourite shots and tag us so we can see them too!
Please note that wheelchair access is limited: the building is a protected structure and there are three steps at the entrance that cannot be modified. Once inside, the museum offers spacious, fully compliant circulation areas. If you still wish to visit, please contact us in advance so we can prepare for your arrival.
There are no lockers on site, but bags and backpacks are welcome inside. Travelling light simply makes the visit more comfortable.
Tickets & Pricing
Adult tickets (age 18+) are €18, children (age 7–17) pay €12 and the reduced rate is €15. Little ones aged 6 and under come in free — one per paying adult or reduced ticket. Note that prices can differ by time slot.
The reduced rate applies to: Students, teachers, seniors (65+), disabled. Please bring valid ID or proof — we may ask for it at the door.
Our refund policy has the full details on cancellations. Bookings can be modified up to 3 hours before your slot, directly from your confirmation email.
