Our Refund Policy

Our refund policy is very simple and straightforward: if you did not enjoy your visit, for any reason whatsoever, you are entitled to a refund within 3 days of your visit.

Let us know at the front desk after your visit or send us a message through our website. Refund requests are generally approved very easily with little or no justification required.

The only cases where a refund request would be denied are those where the customer deliberately abuses our refund policy solely to obtain free access.

This satisfaction guarantee applies to individual visits and small groups (up to 9 visitors). For group bookings of 10 or more visitors, if fewer people attend than originally booked, a partial refund for absent visitors may be issued, up to a maximum of 10% of the total booking price.
